Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license required.
- 5+ years of long‑term care experience.
- 2+ years of clinical leadership, regional, or consulting experience preferred.
- Strong wound care and fall‑prevention experience.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support wound care programs across communities.
- Conduct fall‑prevention audits, identify trends and educate staff.
- Support survey readiness, quality assurance and CMS regulatory compliance.
- Mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teams.
- Partner with corporate and facility leadership to strengthen clinical outcomes.
