Job summary

Avir Health Group seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant for Region 5 to join its Management Team. The role requires a strong history of clinical excellence in the long-term care industry and will cover the Texas regions including Longview.

You will lead nursing operations, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support facilities across Rose Trail, Petal Hill, Azalea Heights, Center, Longview, and San Augustine.
