WF TPS is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to lead quality improvement across our long-term care facilities. You will serve as a clinical leader, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting evidence-based practice.

You will coordinate assessments, develop interventions, analyze data, and collaborate with facility teams. Travel to multiple locations across states will be required to drive excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with multistate licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical oversight experience in Long Term Care.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and states.

Responsabilités

• Conduct facility assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and metrics.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to facility staff on clinical skills and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in research studies and data analysis to inform quality initiatives.
