American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to guide nursing teams across affiliated facilities and ensure compliance with CMS and state standards. The role focuses on improving clinical outcomes and leading staff development initiatives.

The position collaborates with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic goals and to prepare facilities for surveys and corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership and nursing excellence required.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state standards and CMS regulations.
• Experience driving quality-improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and CMS standards.
• Conduct facility visits to assess performance and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with goals.
• Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills.
• Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help implement corrective action plans.
• Analyze KPIs and resident outcomes to drive improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
