Kalesta Healthcare Group seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant to lead clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Central Valley SNFs. You will partner with Directors of Nursing and Administrators to drive improvement and elevate care across the portfolio.

Ideal candidate has an Active RN license and 5+ years as DON in SNF with a proven regulatory compliance track record, and will mentor site leaders while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• > Active RN license required.
• < 5+ years as DON in SNF.
• < Proven track record with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical operations oversight across multiple SNFs.
• Regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels including infection control and incident management.
• Quality improvement with measurable performance metrics.
• Mentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each site.
• Regular site audits and inspections with actionable findings.
