Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to own clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Central Valley SNFs. You will partner with Directors of Nursing and Administrators to drive improvement work and raise care standards across sites.

This role requires leadership at the DON level and the ability to operate across a portfolio. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance at federal, state and local levels, and mentor DONs and

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in California.
• 5+ years as DON in SNF with regulatory experience.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple SNFs.
• Ensure federal, state, and local regulatory compliance including infection control and incident management.
• Build and track quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Mentor and develop DONs and site clinical staff.
• Conduct regular site audits with clear, actionable findings.
