Job summary

NHS Management seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant to lead clinical quality across multiple facilities. You will guide leadership teams to deliver safe, compliant, and exceptional outcomes for residents, shaping post-acute care strategies with a focus on regulatory excellence.

As a seasoned nursing leader, you will mentor staff, drive survey readiness, and partner with case managers to align care plans with resident needs, while advancing operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to facility leaders and nursing teams, ensuring they have tools, systems, and guidance to operate at peak performance.
• Conduct facility visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor staff toward best practices.
• Partner with Regional Case Managers to ensure care plans and coverage meet resident needs.
• Lead proactive survey preparedness and support facilities during inspections.
• Analyze key metrics—from QA reports to incident trends—and help implement corrective action plans.
• Provide expertise in risk management, clinical technology, and regulatory changes.
• Champion customer service initiatives that enhance resident and family satisfaction.
• Review and refine nursing policies to stay ahead of evolving industry standards.
