American Medical Administrators LTC seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant to support Directors of Nursing across facilities in Michigan. The role prioritizes CMS/state compliance, clinical performance improvement, and regional nursing leadership development.

You will conduct facility visits, analyze clinical metrics, lead training programs, assist survey readiness, and collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing services with organizational goals.

We are currently seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards, including CMS regulations.
• Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
• Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
