Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing teams and improving care quality.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and HIPAA practices.
• Excellent clinical judgment and client assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and clinical standards, including medication administration.
• Conduct Client nursing and medication evaluations, identifying risks and ensuring safe care.
• Train and verify Caregiver competency in medication administration and policies.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation aligned with protocols and state regulations.
• Review physician orders, reports, and care plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with community providers and internal teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
