Heartfelt Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and delegation for in-home care in Oregon. The RN will support caregivers and clients, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care while complying with OHA In-Home Care rules and OSBN requirements.

This role suits an autonomous RN who serves as a clinical resource within a collaborative home care team, guiding practices and promoting safety and dignity for clients at home.

Formación

• Active Oregon RN license required.
• Knowledge of OSBN and OHA In-Home Care rules.
• Ability to perform criminal background check and fitness determination.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate, supervise, and support unlicensed staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing supervision and clinical oversight of caregivers and CNAs.
• Perform nursing delegation per OSBN requirements.
• Assess clients to determine appropriateness of delegated tasks.
• Provide instruction and follow-up for delegated tasks.
• Conduct reassessments as required by client condition and delegation needs.
• Ensure caregivers perform tasks safely and within scope of practice.
