Ipsen is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director for field-based work across the South Central Territory (TX, OK, AR, LA). The role focuses on payer policy, coding, coverage, and payment to ensure patient access to Ipsen’s neurology therapies.

Extensive travel, strong relationships with MACs, and collaboration with Sales, Market Access, and Brand teams are essential. The position requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech or consulting with reimbursement expertise, MS Office proficiency, and CRM

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MS) preferred.
• Medical Coding certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field-based reimbursement support for Ipsen’s Neurology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with MACs and access partners.
• Translate payer policies into actionable field strategies.
• Support access at advisory boards and professional conferences.
