Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director for Neuroscience in the Southwest. This field-based role covers CA, NV, AZ, and HI and requires deep reimbursement expertise to support Ipsen’s neurology therapies.

Candidates should have 10+ years in pharma/biotech or consulting with strong knowledge of coverage, coding, and payment policies. Willingness to travel up to 60% and work from a home office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, business administration, life sciences, or equivalent is required.
• MBA/ MPH / MS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reimbursement strategies across the Neurology portfolio.
• Engage with MACs and payer partners to optimize access.
• Provide training and tools to field teams on reimbursement best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and Brand teams to address access barriers.
• Travel up to 60% within the Southwest region (CA, NV, AZ, HI).
