Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director for Neuroscience in the North Central region. This field-based role oversees reimbursement strategies, payer relationships, and access initiatives to ensure patient access to Ipsen’s neurology therapies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design evidence-based access plans, support launches, and monitor payer policy trends. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business administration, life sciences, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/consulting with reimbursement experience.
• Expert knowledge of coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ipsen Value & Access home office and field teams to expand access and reduce barriers to Ipsen’s Neurology products.
• Design and develop reimbursement strategies, tactics, tools, and materials for field use.
• Maintain relationships with MACs to ensure access to Ipsen’s Neurology portfolio.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards or conferences.
• Engage Ipsen CARES Patient support hub to improve patient access and awareness.
