Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director for Neuroscience in the North Central region.

This field-based leadership role focuses on managing reimbursement for Ipsen’s neuroscience portfolio, building MAC relationships, and translating payer policies into actionable field support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand access for patients and drive market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business administration, life sciences, or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/consulting experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement experience with injectable/infused drugs or devices.
• Expert knowledge of coverage, coding and payment policies.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work from a home office in the North Central region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field teams, sales, brand and care hubs to expand access and reduce barriers.
• Develop and maintain reimbursement strategies, tools and approved materials for field use.
• Manage relationships with MACs and ensure access across neurology products.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards and conferences.
• Monitor payer policy changes and translate them into field actions.
