Job summary

Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Rare Neurology in Jackson, MS. You will build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote approved indications and educate on disease areas.

You will develop account plans, work with cross-functional teams, navigate hospital settings and lead patient-centric partnerships to expand access and drive sales while adhering to ethics and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience.
• Neurology experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within territory regularly, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic account plans reflecting brand plans and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Institutional Account Manager, MSLs, SALs, FRM, and partners.
• Educate providers on disease and product indications within compliance.
• Navigate hospital settings to access key stakeholders.
• Track activities and submit reports on sales activities on time.
