Job summary

A leading general contracting firm is seeking a Construction Project Executive to manage multifamily rehabilitation and renovation projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role requires 10-15 years of construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a polished demeanor for client interactions. The successful candidate will lead Project Managers, ensure effective communication among teams and clients, and may need to travel for site visits. Competitive salary up to $250K plus bonuses and attractive health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in construction, with prior Senior Project Manager or Project Executive responsibilities.
• Experience in multifamily rehabilitation or gut renovation projects.
• Commercial occupied space or multifamily ground-up experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Project Managers across various job sites.
• Serve as a polished, client-facing representative.
• Ensure seamless communication with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Operate independently within six months.
• Oversee sensitive tenant relations and navigate complex on-site situations.
• Travel as needed to sites in NJ, NY, and occasionally DC.
