Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will lead Community Managers, partner with property teams and corporate partners, and ensure communities meet budgets and ownership objectives.

You will drive financial oversight, team development, resident and client satisfaction, and consistent execution across sites while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, property management, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Seasoned experience in multifamily property management and residential property operations with responsibility for performance
• Prior multi-site or portfolio-level leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading and developing Community Managers and onsite teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and financial performance of the portfolio and ensure communities meet goals
• Lead budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial, market, leasing, and operational data to identify gaps and develop action plans
• Conduct property visits and provide feedback to address identified items
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Community Managers
• Oversee staffing levels and collaborate with HR on recruiting and performance
• Coordinate with Marketing on pricing and occupancy strategies
• Maintain communications with clients and ownership through reports and updates
• Ensure property appearance, safety, and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership on capital projects and service priorities
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and costs
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and resident experience
• Complete required reports and participate in regional planning
