Job summary

CAVA - U of M is seeking an Area Leader to direct the Minnesota Garden area restaurant operations. This multi-unit leader will oversee 6-8 Restaurant General Managers, drive profitability, uphold brand standards, and translate strategic goals into day-to-day execution.

You will coach GMs, analyze P&L performance, implement programs, develop internal talent, and collaborate with peers to ensure consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurant locations.
• Hands-on management style with ability to coach GMs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GM leadership team to support and enable growth goals for the company.
• Uphold brand standards while enhancing guest and team member experience and profitability.
• Translate business strategy into day-to-day execution and provide coaching to GMs.
• Oversee planning, preparation and performance analysis of all restaurant P&Ls in the area.
• Execute programs introduced to the field and build organizational talent.
