Responsibilities

• Lead the General Manager team to support company growth.
• Ensure upholding of CAVA standards by GMs.
• Translate business strategy into daily execution.
• Oversee planning and analysis of restaurant P&L.
• Develop internal leaders and attract high potential candidates.
• Guide Operations leaders to connect metrics with processes.
