Job summary

Cox Farms is seeking a Regional MRO Specialist to manage spare parts, materials, and inventory across a network of greenhouses and facilities. You will lead inventory processes, coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams, and drive reliability and cost efficiency on a nationwide scale.

The role requires hands-on on-site work with 40%+ travel to Lorena, TX, Macon, GA, or Yorkville, IL, and a strong background in MRO and ERP systems to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, MRO, inventory management.
• Experience delivering across multiple facilities and coordinating remotely.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/CMMS systems.
• Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with purchasing, vendor management, or maintenance procurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up critical and consumable spare parts inventory processes across the network.
• Coordinate MRO materials, spare parts, tools, and lubricants.
• Manage and maintain accurate MRO inventory levels.
• Create and maintain part numbers, descriptions, and equipment associations.
• Generate material requests and maintenance-related orders.
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Travel 40%+ across sites.
