Job summary

Cox Farms, a leader in controlled environment agriculture, seeks an experienced MRO Specialist to organize spare parts, manage inventory, and support CMMS/ERP systems across our greenhouse network.

Based at one of our main production facilities (Lorena, TX; Macon, GA; or Yorkville, IL), you will collaborate with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, FSQ and EHS to improve reliability and reduce downtime; travel 40%+ across sites.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 8–10+ years in industrial maintenance, MRO, inventory or related field.
• Experience coordinating across multiple facilities and remote teams.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/CMMS systems and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Lead parts inventory setup and maintain critical spare parts processes across sites.
• Coordinate MRO materials, tools, lubricants, and maintenance supplies.
• Create and maintain part numbers, descriptions, and equipment associations.
• Generate material requests, purchase requisitions, and maintenance orders.
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Travel 40%+ across greenhouse network.
