Job summary

Akumin® is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist in Chester, SC. The role involves providing scanning coverage, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and supporting Team Members in the field.

Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent and have 3+ years of experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are necessary, along with ARRT certification and the ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine procedures in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide scanning coverage and produce high quality diagnostic images.
• Communicate effectively with physician groups and Radiologists.
• Troubleshoot the scanner and peripheral equipment.
• Assist Sales team with start-ups and new business.
