Responsibilities

• Identify, target and onboard new introducers aligned with market strategy.
• Present value proposition to maximise conversion and ramp production.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and submit accurate business forecasts.
• Deliver agreed case volume and lending targets within the region.
• Manage introducer relationships, provide training and support.
• Monitor weighted average commission and manage clawbacks or debt.
