Aufgaben

• Identify, target, and onboard new introducers in the defined region.
• Present the value proposition and dealer package to maximise conversions.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and ramp-up in production.
• Deliver agreed case volume and lending targets; maintain pipelines.
• Manage introducer relationships; provide training and deal structuring support.
• Monitor introducer commissions; manage risks and address clawbacks.
• Ensure FCA compliance and data protection standards.
• Maintain records of interactions, onboarding, and performance; report to Regional Director.
