The role involves field-based work with substantial regional travel, collaboration with regional directors, and annual pace-setting targets. A proactive, capable communicator with driving access will excel.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated success in introducer or dealer commercial roles within motor finance or a similar sector.
• Experience in pricing and commission negotiations.
• Target-driven and proactive in commercial activity and relationship building.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and highly accountable.
• Familiarity with FCA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.

Aufgaben

• Identify, target and onboard new introducers aligned to defined market strategy.
• Present value proposition and dealer package to maximise conversion.
• Onboard dealers smoothly and enable ramp-up in production.
• Deliver agreed case volume and lending targets within the region.
• Maintain a strong introducer pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Monitor introducer performance and address risks or clawbacks.
• Manage relationships with dealers, ensuring engagement and profitability.
• Support training, deal structuring and product education to drive volume.
• Monitor and manage introducer commissions and debt recovery as needed.
• Maintain FCA compliance and data protection practices relevant to role.
