Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager for the Retail Division in Fort Collins, CO. This role blends leadership with continued production, enabling a high-performing producer to scale their impact by building and guiding a team while staying active on originations.

You will mentor, recruit, and develop top loan officers, foster a culture of accountability, and drive performance through strategic coaching and hands-on involvement in sales growth.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of retail mortgage origination experience.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and accounting terms.
