Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate in Seattle, WA to perform precise stock counts and audits at convenience stores and gas stations, driving a regional route with daily travel. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays depending on workload.

You will count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, and coolers, identify variances, and deliver clear audit reports to store managers. Travel is required with a local team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and MVR screening.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counts and audits at convenience stores and gas stations.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports.
• Travel daily with the regional team to client store locations.
