Job summary

Quantum Services in Canton, OH is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform precise stock counts at convenience stores and gas stations along a regional route using handheld devices. You will identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports to store managers.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, daily local travel, and paid travel time. We provide medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable vehicle for daily regional travel.
• Must be able to work in a team and start early.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counting and audits inside stores and gas stations using handheld devices.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies and report daily audit results to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with regional team to client locations.
