Job summary

Quantum Services seeks an Inventory Associate to conduct accurate stock counts and inventory audits across convenience stores and gas stations. You will use handheld devices to count stock in sales floors, stockrooms, and coolers, and report variances to store managers.

This on-the-road role involves daily regional travel with a team, with early starts (6:00–7:00 AM) and a dynamic schedule including occasional Saturday shifts. Training is provided, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for daily regional travel.
• Ability to pass background and MVR screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counting and inventory audits at convenience stores and gas stations using handheld devices.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel daily with regional team to client store locations.
