Job summary

Quantum Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform high‑accuracy stock counts and audits at convenience stores and gas stations across a regional route from Canton, OH.

You will travel daily with a team, count stock, identify variances, and report findings to store managers. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle ownership suitable for daily team travel and carpooling rotations
• Ability to complete background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step‑ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk‑in coolers).
• Early risers who enjoy active, hands‑on work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk‑in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with your regional team to client store locations.
