Responsibilities

• Leads & Proposals: Provides specialized advice and support pertinent to generation of leads for Strategic Growth and Partnership opportunities aligned with the assigned program and technical area
• Leads program proposals of moderate-to-high complexity, integrating broader organization strategies
• Writes budget inputs, budget reviews, workplan matrices, and project management sections for proposals
• Partners with Program Manager(s) and liaisons to support complex proposal development
• Supports Country Directors with leads development, donor meetings, and stakeholder introductions
