Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc. seeks a Regional Technical Consultant to deliver standardized training for MLS/CLS staff across regional sites. You will work with regional leadership to develop programs ensuring quality, compliance, and operational performance.

You may serve in regulatory roles for moderate- and high-complexity labs and lead initiatives to adopt new technologies. Required are a MLS/CLS with 4+ years of non-waived testing, and experience in training or supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or closely related field (NAACLS accredited).
Minimum 4 years of MLS/CLS experience performing non-waived testing.
Experience in laboratory training, technical leadership, or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver technical training programs across regional sites.
Serve in regulatory roles as Technical Supervisor/General Supervisor/Technical Consultant as directed.
Act as Laboratory Director designee where permitted, supporting regulatory compliance.
Perform laboratory testing across core disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, Coagulation).
Evaluate results and report findings to pathologists and clinicians; ensure QA/QC programs.
Lead evaluation and integration of new lab technologies and AI-assisted workflows.
