Job summary

One Mission Society is seeking a Regional Representative for Ohio and Pennsylvania to recruit qualified missionary candidates, educate campus ministries, and coach churches toward deeper missions partnerships.

Remote role based in Ohio or Pennsylvania with 20–25% travel, collaborating with the OMS Engagement Team to build partnerships with colleges, seminaries, and local churches. Requires a Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred and 3+ years in local church leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in local church leadership as a staff member or volunteer.
Experience in global missions activities within a local church preferred.
Highly relational with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel 20–25%, including to OMS HQ in Greenwood, Indiana.

Responsibilities

Attract and recruit biblically qualified missionary candidates to OMS.
Develop strategies to broaden awareness of OMS among colleges, seminaries, partner ministries, and churches.
Develop new partnerships and recruiting pipelines in the region.
Build relationships with church stakeholders to grow partnerships.
Speak at colleges, seminaries, campus ministries, churches, and gatherings to recruit missionaries.
