Job summary

One Mission Society is seeking a Regional Representative for Central Indiana to recruit missionary candidates, educate partners, and expand OMS reach on campuses and in churches. You will coach and mentor candidates, develop regional pipelines, and foster collaborations with local denominations.

You will travel 20-25% locally and to OMS HQ as needed, representing OMS with integrity and a passion for global missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in local church leadership.
• Experience in global missions activities a plus.
• Strong relational and communication skills in person, writing, and on calls.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit biblically qualified missionary candidates to OMS.
• Develop strategies to broaden awareness of OMS among colleges, seminaries, partner ministries, and churches.
• Develop partnerships and recruiting pipelines in a region aligned with OMS priorities.
• Build relationships with church leaders to grow partnerships and collaboration.
• Speak at colleges, seminaries, campus ministries, churches and events to recruit missionaries.
