Young Life in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an Associate Regional Director to supervise six ministry areas, including high school and middle school outreach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven spiritual leadership and communicate effectively with both kids and adults.

This role includes responsibilities such as fundraising, developing leaders, and promoting community relationships, emphasizing a commitment to the Christian mission of Young Life.

Qualifications

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One.
• Must be able to supervise at a distance.
• Has the potential and capacity to function as a regional director.

Responsabilités

• Represent the regional office to ensure good Young Life ministry.
• Assist in casting vision for reaching 'every kid' within the region.
• Raise necessary funds to carry out the regional ministry vision.

Proven spiritual leader

Proven leadership in developing diverse staff and ministries

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Proven relational skills with both kids and adults

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Formation

College degree preferred
