Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proven spiritual leader.
• Proven leadership in developing diverse staff and ministries.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.

Responsibilities

• Represent the regional office and ensure ministry in the region is carried out with excellence.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and ministry activities.
• Develop regional trainings, recruit and supervise staff, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate fundraising and donor relations to support regional ministry goals.
