InterVarsity Christian Fellowship seeks an Associate Regional Director for Lakes and Plains (Undergraduate Ministries) in Wisconsin. The role shares leadership with the Regional Ministry Director with spiritual supervision across the region, guiding campus ministries to foster growth and formation.

You will help recruit and mentor AMDs and staff, develop region-wide training, and oversee ministry programs while partnering with church and campus partners to expand impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum six years prior work experience with InterVarsity or other campus ministry.
• Evidence of a life-long learner and ability to work in a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and supervise ministry staff.
