Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking an Associate Regional Ministry Director for the Lakes and Plains region. The role entails spiritual and strategic leadership, supervising regional staff, and developing training programs to grow campus ministry impact.

You will collaborate with the Regional Ministry Director, recruit and mentor staff, engage with partners, and oversee program implementation across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum six years prior work experience with InterVarsity or other campus ministry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop a ministry team.
• Willing to receive ongoing training.
• Experience in budget and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and strategic leadership within the Lakes and Plains region.
• Supervise regional ministry staff and mentor leaders.
• Recruit, hire, and place area ministry directors.
• Develop regional training programs for staff and students.
• Engage with ministry partners and lead fund development.
• Represent InterVarsity in the region.
