InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Wisconsin seeks a Regional Ministry Coordinator to provide ministry leadership and pastoral supervision across a region. You will partner with regional staff to develop spiritual vision, plan programs, and nurture healthy campus ministries.

The role requires a demonstrated ongoing call to ministry with InterVarsity, and 3–5 years of campus staff experience, plus strong skills in leadership, teaching Scripture, mentorship, and building partnerships with

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ongoing call to ministry service with InterVarsity and its mission.
3–5 years’ prior experience as an InterVarsity Campus Staff or equivalent ministry experience.
Ministry skills including communicating spiritual vision, teaching spiritual and biblical principles, planning programs, and mentoring.

Aufgaben

Provide ministry leadership and pastoral supervision across a region.
Develop spiritual vision and strategy for the area of ministry.
Partner with staff to grow regional ministry health, maturity, and influence.
Coordinate rollout of plans and programs to advance ministry efforts.
Update and report on ministry development and outcomes.
Supervise and mentor regional ministry staff and volunteers.
