Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking an Associate Regional Ministry Director for the Lakes and Plains region. This full-time role shares leadership with the Regional Ministry Director, provides spiritual guidance, and oversees regional staff and programs.

You will work with a Senior Leadership Team, recruit and mentor AMDs, manage partnerships, and develop regional training. The position offers a fundraising-based salary with competitive benefits and opportunities to shape campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Six years minimum work experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
• Ability to develop a ministry team and oversee regional staff.
• Willing to receive ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional ministry team to set vision and direction.
• Recruit, hire, and place area ministry directors and staff.
• Develop training modules for staff and regional programs.
• Represent InterVarsity and build partnerships with partners.
• Provide pastoral supervision and professional development.
