Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Stamford, CT seeks a Director to expand the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will collaborate with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission, living FCA Values.

In FCA Sports Environments, the Director will implement a strategic, discipleship-focused approach and ensure programs align with biblical standards and FCA

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Fundraising and donor relations.
• Strategic planning and program development.
• Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Grow FCA ministry in the Stamford area through prayer, staffing, and funding.
• Lead and empower staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes in alignment with FCA values.
• Develop and execute ministry plans with regional leadership and boards.
• Oversee ministry advancement across the Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes.
