Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Utah seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through its Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will work with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to implement a ministry plan and live the FCA values by discipleship and service.

You will lead a strategy for discipleship in FCA Sports Environments, recruit and develop staff and volunteers, fund the ministry through donor

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff and volunteers.
• Strategic planning and collaboration with regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, and example.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of staff and volunteers.
• Manage donor relations, fundraising and budgeting to advance ministry goals.
• Ensure ministry activities comply with FCA policies and biblical standards.
