Qualifications

• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Recruit, hire and develop diverse staff and volunteers to grow the ministry.
• Oversee budgeting and fundraising efforts to fund the ministry plans.

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement and model biblical standards.
• Develop and execute a ministry plan aligned with FCA vision and mission.
• Advancement across ministry areas: ministry, board, donor, talent and international.
