Job summary

OC FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director works with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and volunteers in a ministry setting.
• Ability to develop and implement a strategy across multiple advancement lanes.
• Commitment to FCA values and biblical standards.

Responsibilities

• Grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Work with Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study and example.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and development of staff and volunteers.
• Lead fundraising efforts and establish an annual budget and funding plan.
