Job summary

FCA is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across diverse Advancement lanes. You will work with leadership to fulfill FCA’s Mission and live by core Values, developing and executing strategic ministry plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ministry advancement across multiple lanes (Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, International).
• Develop and execute a ministry plan aligned with FCA vision and values.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers for the ministry.
• Engage boards and donors to fund and support ministry initiatives.
• Ensure ministry operations adhere to FCA policies and biblical standards.
