Job summary

The Director position oversees FCA ministry in Round Rock, Taylor, and Hutto, working with the Regional Vice President, staff and boards to fulfill the FCA mission. The role focuses on growing the ministry through prayer, staffing and funding within the FCA Vision and Values, ensuring biblical standards and policies are upheld.

Responsibilities include leading staff and volunteers, advancing ministry through boards, donors, and international teams, and aligning operations with the ministry plan

Qualifications

• Commitment to FCA's Christian beliefs and values.
• Willingness to lead by example in ministry.
• Strong leadership and fundraising abilities.
• Experience in staff development and volunteer recruitment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a ministry plan for the assigned area.
• Grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes in discipleship.
• Oversee budgeting and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with board and Regional VP.
