Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Regional Business Director to lead commercial activities for an assigned US geography, establish a team of Account Managers, and promote SYMBRAVO, our oral acute migraine medicine.

The role is field-based with travel as needed to build relationships. You will drive region performance, shape strategies, manage a region P&L, and ensure compliant operations while leveraging our digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of field leadership and/or payer account management experience.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving sales results.
• Experience launching migraine products or in migraine market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and drive the promotion of SYMBRAVO.
• Build and supervise a team of Account Managers.
• Travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.
• Develop regional strategic plans and manage budget/P&L at region level.
