Job summary

LGSTX Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced MHE Regional Manager UPS Account to lead and mentor maintenance teams across sites in the Wilmington, OH area. The role requires hands-on oversight, strong safety discipline, and travel to customer locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proven supervision of technicians. A valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
Minimum 5 years of verifiable industrial or commercial maintenance experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Responsibilities

Perform reactive repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment as designated.
Cut weld and fabricate as needed.
Interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
Operate and maintain conveyors and related systems safely.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including compressors and VFDs.
Report findings with written and oral updates on timelines.
