Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for the Southeast region. This role focuses on metrology hardware and software demonstrations, application support, and leading onsite visits with customers across Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The position emphasizes independence, travel, and strong customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate brings hands-on metrology experience, familiarity with SpatialAnalyzer and Inspire

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, metrology, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Laser trackers, Portable CMM arms, Handheld scanners.
• Practical application of GD&T in manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable with 60%+ travel, including multi-day onsite visits.
• Ability to manage schedule, logistics, and customer engagements independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to small and mid-sized customer groups.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hardware and software demonstrations showcasing metrology workflows, functionality, and performance
• Provide application-specific technical support to prospective and existing customers
• Lead onsite customer visits including troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and training
• Support regional sales team with technical recommendations and application guidance
• Develop and optimize measurement programs and applications to meet customer specifications
• Prepare detailed technical input for quotations and proposals
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues from the initial problem statement through final resolution and follow-up
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical support activities
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and field insights
• Stay current with advancements in metrology technologies and software capabilities
