Kloeckner Metals Corporation in Hawaii seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales within a defined region and serve existing accounts, reporting to the Commercial Director. The role emphasizes strategic territory planning, customer service, and close collaboration with inside sales and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have metals industry exposure, CRM experience, and strong communication and analytical skills to drive outcomes and maximize territory performance.

Formación

• 1+ year in metals industry with product knowledge
• Results-driven with high performance standards
• Strong external and internal customer focus
• Experience in sales, management, account management or relevant experience
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong interpretation and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts

Responsabilidades

• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
• Works closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are adequately resolved in a timely and complete fashion
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on territory and customer sales
• Other related duties as assigned
